By accessing or using the KiddZilla website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of the KiddZilla website (kiddzilla.co.nz).

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

By placing an order with KiddZilla, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
• For bank transfer payments, orders are processed once funds are received and confirmed.
• We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You must be 18 years or older to place an order on our website.

We deliver to all addresses within New Zealand. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for most NZ locations.
• Auckland delivery: typically 1–2 business days.
• Rural areas: may take longer and may incur additional charges.
• Local pickup is available from 19 Catalina Avenue, Papakura — please WhatsApp us before visiting.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances outside our control.

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Our ride-on cars are designed for children and must be used under adult supervision at all times.

• Always read the product manual and safety instructions before use.
• Ensure the child is within the recommended age and weight limits.
• Do not use on public roads or near traffic.
• Charge batteries as instructed — do not overcharge or use damaged chargers.
• KiddZilla is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, KiddZilla's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

All content on the KiddZilla website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of KiddZilla NZ and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Licensed product names and logos (e.g. Toyota, Lamborghini) are the property of their respective owners. KiddZilla uses these names only to describe officially licensed products.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under New Zealand law and in New Zealand courts. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by these terms.
